PNP Office Update 4/1/20

PRINCETON NASSAU PEDIATRICS OFFICE UPDATE APRIL 1, 2020

We are continuing to utilize our email list to help share updates with our patients and their families as we all work together to get through this challenging time.

First, please know that we are here for you.

We are continuing to provide well care in our office as we feel these visits are essential to maintaining the physical, mental, and emotional well being of our patients. We are also able to see children who have many other needs while maintaining appropriate protections for our families, staff, and physicians. We continue to screen for patients with symptoms that could be consistent with Coronavirus and for the virus’ risk factors in order to manage these patients outside the office (e.g. telehealth, see below). We are doing this to ensure the office is safe for you and your families when you do need to visit us in person. Please call to discuss this if you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment.

Second, many of your are aware that we have begun offering telehealth appointments for our patients. Many office visits can be handled this way; we have performed nearly 900 telehealth visits in the last few weeks. If you feel you need a telehealth appointment, go ahead and give our office a call and we can schedule it for you.

We recommend enrolling your children now on our telehealth platform to expedite the process later when you may need an appointment. The instructions for enrolling in telehealth can be found here:

Lastly, in an effort to better accommodate new families into our practice, we are offering virtual open house visits. These can be for new families to the practice or for parents expecting a newborn.

Information on this can be found here if you know someone who may be interested:

We look forward to continuing to provide your children with the pediatric care we would expect for our own.

Sincerely, The Physicians and Staff of Princeton Nassau Pediatrics
