Breastfeeding comes with plenty of questions, and nutrition is one of the most common. 🥗🤱

The good news is that you do not need a special diet while breastfeeding. Eating balanced meals and staying hydrated can help support both you and your baby.

✔️ Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and protein-rich foods
✔️ Drink water throughout the day and whenever you feel thirsty
✔️ Limit caffeine to about 2–3 cups per day
✔️ Be mindful of alcohol and high-mercury fish
✔️ Talk with your doctor about vitamins or supplements if needed

Taking care of yourself is an important part of taking care of your baby.
