The FDA and CDC have approved and recommended the booster dose of the Pfizer Covid vaccine for children ages 5 through 11. Princeton Nassau Pediatrics continues to follow AAP and CDC guidance and recommends that our eligible patients receive this booster vaccine.
We currently are not offering the booster dose in our office, as our staff is spread thin managing the increase in Covid illness in our community, and the vaccine is widely available in local pharmacies.
