Dr. Rajeshwar joined PNP in July 2017. She completed her pediatric residency at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Rajeshwar received her medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from Yale University. She is board eligible in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Rajeshwar enjoys knitting, cooking, rooting for the Yankees, watching Disney movies (old and new), and spending time with her niece and nephew. She lives in West Windsor with her husband and daughter.
