Before Your Appointment at Princeton Nassau Pediatrics

• Please make sure anyone who is sick wears a mask in the office. For well patients, masks are optional.
• Please check the patient portal if you need to double check the date and time of your appointment. You can log into the patient portal here:

• For annual well-visit appointments, please make sure you download and complete all necessary paperwork and sign all required forms. Please bring these with you to the appointment. They can be found here:

• We ask all patients to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and to process insurance information and any necessary paperwork. If you are late to your appointment we may need you to reschedule to prevent inconveniencing other patients.
