Summer break may bring a slower pace, but teens can still feel stressed. 🌤️ Shifting routines, changing social dynamics, or even thinking about the return to school can feel overwhelming at times.

One of the best things you can do is check in without pressure. 🚶‍♂️🚗

A quiet car ride, a walk, or a simple “How’s your day going?” can open the door to meaningful conversation.

When teens feel seen and heard, they’re more likely to feel grounded, supported, and confident as they head into a new season. 🌱✨

Starting solids is one of the most exciting baby milestones—and it’s about more than just food! 🍽️✨ Around 6 months, many babies are ready to explore new tastes, textures, and feeding routines that support healthy development. 👶🥦

Look for signs of readiness:

🥄 Sitting upright with minimal support
🥄 Showing interest in food (reaching for it or opening their mouth)
🥄 Holding their head steady on their own

When it’s time, start with single-ingredient, iron-rich foods like pureed meats, beans, or iron-fortified cereals. 🥣 Continue offering breast milk or formula as their primary source of nutrition while you slowly build a solid foundation for healthy eating. 💪

And don’t worry—we’re here to guide you through every new bite! 💛
